**Position Overview**:
As the Optical Manager at our White Rock store, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver outstanding service within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. You will oversee various aspects of store operations, including employee scheduling, sales targets, product management, and team development. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards.
- Manage employee schedules
- Drive optical sales targets to meet and exceed expectations.
- Oversee product management processes, including ordering and receiving.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
- Perform optical tasks such as measurements, fitting, adjustments, and dispensing, adhering to provincial regulations.
- Foster a positive diverse and inclusive workplace environment that promotes a sense of belonging among team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Upper Management to ensure effective communication and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in optical retail management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
- Knowledge of optical products and services is an asset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with customers.
