Toromont Cat is looking for a Receptionist/Branch Administrator to join our team in Dartmouth, NS This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact with our valued customers and visitors as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Demonstrate safe and environmentally responsible work practices in alignment with Toromont’s Health & Safety policies and programs
- Provide prompt, and professional responses to internal and external customer inquiries
- Greet customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in professional manner, ensuring accurate message taking and appropriate follow up
- Coordinate travel accommodations and flight arrangements as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for parts documentation
- Complete daily cheque deposits
- Register and discharge PPSA for RPOs and new machine sales
- Process CAT Card transactions through the Fast Iron system
- Run lien cheques on trades as requested by the Sales team
- Create and submit refund requests
- Maintain and update customer profiles in the operating system
- Complete and submit required EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) forms
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- 2 years of experience in an administrative position
