Journeyman/woman Carpenter

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Perform concrete forming, framing, siding, roofing
- Operate hand tools, power tools, scissor lifts, tele handlers, and other construction equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support various project phases
- Perform general handyman repairs and assembly tasks on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols

**Skills**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Experience with concrete forming, carpentry, woodworking, roofing, siding installation
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
- Knowledge of electrical systems wiring and plumbing installation (preferred)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience in restoration projects or remodeling work (nice-to-have)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
