**What You'll Do**:
- Set up and operate DMG 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
- Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software, ensuring optimal machining processes.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
**What You'll Bring**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Red Seal certification as a CNC Machinist is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience operating CNC machines, specifically DMG 5-axis machines.
- Proficient in programming CNC machines using G-code and CAM software.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Location : In-Person
Pay: $41.36- $42.42 per hour (plus yearly raises as per Collective Agreement)
