Cogir Immobilier is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building located in Laval. Are you a versatile person, agile with your hands, and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in events organized for tenants when required.

**Administration**:

- Provide a high level of customer service

**Health Care**:

- Respond to all emergency situations

**Construction**:

- Clean the administrative office
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintain property areas and systems
- Maintain the garden
- Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
- Make service calls
- Preventive maintenance on equipment
- Taking out the trash

**Food Services**:

- Perform other related duties
- Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism both oral and written
- Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- Car required
