**Job Description**:

- Understand the holistic approach to resident care.
- Be able to participate in the care planning process of resident assessment, care planning and review.
- Have excellent documentation skills.
- Express a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Work well in group situations and be a team player.
- Demonstrate leadership and organization skills.
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve, communicate, and liaise with other members of an interdisciplinary team.
- Have special skills needed to lead programs which focus on the cognitively impaired resident.
