Pharmacy Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications

- Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer inquiries

- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications and supplies

- Process prescriptions using pharmacy software

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality

- Support the pharmacist in administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Perform cashier duties and handle transactions accurately

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Assistant diploma or certification is an asset

- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency with Kroll

- Minimum 3 years experience

- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations is a plus
