We're looking for a driven and organized Project Manager with Major GC experience with preferred focuses on industrial and infrastructure projects to join our team in Edmonton, AB. If you have 3-5 years of experience in project management experience and are ready to lead diverse industrial and infrastructure projects from kick-off to close-out, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful close-out of industrial and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Manage project teams, including site superintendents, foremen, and trades, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress, identifying critical paths, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, change order management, and progress billing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety excellence on all projects.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with other business units and project teams as required to support business needs.

What's Required:

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Valid Driver's License.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
