**Your Tasks**:

- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department.
- Assist with tool crib inventory data.
- Setup maintenance procedures on equipment on the shop floor.
- Organize and maintain efficient filing systems both manually and computerized.
- Any other reasonable request made by management.
- Contribute to a safe, clean and comfortable work environment that complements the Occupational Health and Safety Act by ensuring the principles of the 5S discipline (simplify, separate, sanitize, standardize and support) are supported and adhered to.
- Ensure he/she is in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, while representing KIRCHHOFF Automotive or during the use of any KIRCHHOFF Automotive provided equipment.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to deal with conflict
- Uses positive interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Effective use of listening skills in order to determine best possible solution
- Able to work well independently with mínimal supervision
- Practices confidentiality
- Computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
