**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse workers
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing employees
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
