You like to keep busy and take pride when your site is sparkling clean and safe, both inside and out. Sound like you? We are looking for a Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team in a part-time role at Waneta Plaza.

**You are**
- Energetic, flexible, and reliable
- Friendly, courteous, self-motivated, and professional
- A true multi-tasker
- Someone who can work independently

**You will**
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Empty trash
- Sanitize restroom and other high traffic areas
- Snow clear in the winter and landscape in summer months
- Complete general cleaning, as assigned
- Respond to tenant and customer requests

**You have**
- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment and snow removal equipment (must have)
- An openness to work with cleaning chemicals - training will be provided
- The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- The ability to make minor repairs throughout the shopping centre (preferred)

**Workday**
- Permanent Part-Time, up to 24 hours per week, in addition to covering sick/vacation days
