Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a NETWORK ANALYST (Level 2) for our Federal Government client.
The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor facets of the rolled out LIVESCAN Network;
- Troubleshoot LIVESCAN and Automated Biometrics Information System (ABIS) Issues;
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the LIVESCAN System, National Institute of Science and
Technology (NIST) Servers and aspects of the ABIS Server and Databases;
- Maintain interface with vendor representatives and other computing resources to resolve
LIVESCAN hardware and software issues;
- Maintain accurate records and logs of users, equipment serial numbers, service records,
maintenance agreements, and warranties, wiring schemes and network problems and solutions;
- Maintain, implement and test a network disaster recovery plan;
- Assist in training users to use the LIVESCAN System, network and related software;
- Prepare weekly Progress Reports to the Task Authorization Office of Primary Interest (OPI); and
- Prepare monthly Progress Reports to the Task Authorization OPI.
