Grillo Law is a personal injury law firm with over 35 years of experience, located in North York. We specialize in car accident claims, slip and falls, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, catastrophic determinations, product liability, and short-term and long-term disability claims.

We are currently seeking an Accident Benefits Productions Clerk to join our growing practice.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Drafting correspondence to be sent to defense counsel, insurance companies, medical institutions and clients.
- Completing OCF forms according to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) requirements.
- Saving section 33 requests including doctors’ clinical notes and records requests, hospital records requests, Physiotherapy file requests, OHIP Records, Employment file requests, Canada Revenue File requests, Ontario Disability File, EHC file, etc.
- Diarizing to request clinical notes and records as soon as possible, obtain the necessary authorization documents from clients, and updating the production chart

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of Accident Benefits experience
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Ghost Practices is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for working within personal injury.
