**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and supervise staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales productivity.
- Manage merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and ensure accuracy in cashiering duties.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote store promotions and special events.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in retail or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising software, and basic bookkeeping tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales management, pricing strategies, and retail marketing techniques.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and store management is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with effective phone etiquette and customer service expertise.
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math-related tasks. Pay: $130,000.00-$180,409.22 per year
