**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year experience cooking in a high-volume environment
- Experience with Italian cuisine, dough stretching and/or pizza experience is a huge asset
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
- An understanding of first in - first out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized workstation
- A positive attitude
