_**PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES**_
- Supervise the quality of food and beverage service in all service areas.
- Demonstrate a professional, pleasing and helpful attitude towards all members and guests, and provide balanced, positive leadership to the Club Associates.
- Offer friendly, courteous and efficient service.
- Be a proactive leader and organize staff to maximize labour efficiency during their shifts to control costs. Reviewfuture functions and prepare accordingly during slower periods.
- **MAIN DUTIES**_
- Have a complete understanding of the OGC Policies, Rules and Regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Execute the responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
- Provide a high standard of excellent service to all members and guests.
- Ability to teach, coach and mentor junior staff.
- Enjoys a varied schedule of supervising a la carte dining to banquets to special events.
