**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of the shop
- Keep track of and organize shop schedule
- Organize and direct what cabinets get sent to site and when
- Ensure all materials are ordered and stocked when needed for current and upcoming installations
- Communicate with production managers to know what jobs are being worked on, what is coming up and what is finished.
- Construct and assemble cabinets and custom furniture according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precision in cutting, shaping, and finishing wood materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to execute designs accurately.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Skills**
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Problem Solving and decision making
- Ability to be organized
- Proficient in using woodworking tools, such as saws, drills, edge bander, etc.
- Knowledge of custom cabinet processes
- Ability to work with CNC machinery for fabrication purposes is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
