**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Customer Experience

**They will drive an excellent customer experience by**:

- Preparing and presenting all leasing related documentation and marketing collateral
- Completing data entries and audits to ensure full-cycle leasing processes are executed to brand standard and exceeds new residents’ expectations.
- Liaising with all necessary departments to ensure they have established communications with new residents, that positively enhance the move in and orientation experience.

2. Lease Administration

The Leasing Experience Administrator will liaises with customers throughout the leasing process to ensure the optimal customer experience by:

- Developing a strong understanding of target demographics and expectations for the customer journey
- Providing an awareness and interest in supporting our customers in their leasing experience and follow the leasing process and its respective timelines
- Enhancing the leasing process by providing one point of contact, verifying suitability, granting first level approvals, and receiving first and last month rent payments.
- Performing all leasing related transaction that pertain to resident tenancy, including assignments, lease additions/deletions and employee lease agreements.

3. Business & Financial Management

The Leasing Experience Administrator assist the business and finance function through:

- Collecting and entering applicant lease information in a central database
- Ensuring leasing business processes are followed
- Capturing essential information to enable verification of suitability
- Ensuring all documentation is entered in the system in accordance with company policies, contract requirements, the Residential Tenancies Act, the Human Rights Code and all other legislations governing our business operations
- Conducting comparison shopping
- Assessing our market competitiveness and report outcomes
- Building rental knowledge, by understanding competitive landscape and leveraging the knowledge to provide feedback on ways to continuously improve customer journey
- Compiling data/information on prospective residents throughout their leasing journey
- Collecting information on demographics, composition, customer feedback and overall experience to support overall marketing and leasing strategies
- Contacting and presenting Accora Village to potential partners including real estate relocations, companies, and community organizations
- Updating vacancy, traffic and turnover reports as required

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Post-secondary degree in business administration, marketing, sales or related field
- 3 years’ experience in leasing, property management, sales, real estate or similar role
- Exemplary customer service, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to work independently

- As a condition of employment, must be willing to provide and maintain a clear and valid criminal background check
- Enthusiasm and passion for community with a focus on customer service

- Exemplary interpersonal skills

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Extended periods at a computer may be required at times.
