**Position Overview**: The Fire Protection Project Coordinator ensures seamless communication and efficient execution of service contracts, small projects, and service calls. Collaborating with Project Managers, technicians, clients, and suppliers, this role focuses on scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving to support the successful completion of fire protection services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary communication link between clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Obtain supplier quotes, manage material orders, and coordinate timely equipment deliveries.
- Develop and maintain service call schedules in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
- Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting assistance to technicians during service calls.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and collaborate with the Safety team to address any issues.
- Assist in maintaining project records, tracking deficiencies, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Mentor technicians, fostering professional growth and teamwork within the organization.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct periodic site visits to support clients and our staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of post-Journeyman experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in fire protection.
- Comprehensive understanding of NFPA codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in Windows Programs (Excel, Word, Office), Cloud Storage, Adobe, Bluebeam
