We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This position can be located anywhere in Canada.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be an integral part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) at People Corporation (PC), focusing on enhancing workflows to make business functions operate more efficiently. The role involves understanding, evaluating, and solving efficiencies with technology, delivering solutions with a personalized approach, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
**The Business Intelligence Analyst will**:
- Engage with internal PC employees, gather their feedback, and develop technology solutions to improve their work processes
- Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Methodically use technology to bring better services, making the business more scalable, easier to operate, and more profitable
- Have a thirst to learn and solve problems, and be open to training and development, regardless of industry knowledge
- Acts as the first point-of-contact for PC employees on new systems through online live chat
- Assist PC employees with their client data by updating the accounts, demonstrating use of the platform, and providing educational resources to users
- Provide reporting back to the business to that provides valuable insights to the leaders, sales and service teams and clients
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the issue and determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution
**T**o be successful**as a** Business Intelligence Analyst** with People Corporation, you will need**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
- Ability to work independently and foster a fun, lighthearted, and creative team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity to confidential information
