**OVERVIEW OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data entry of accounts payable and payroll services as needed.
- Assist in administering employee group benefits and pension programs.
- Maintain supplier financial files.
- Reconciliation of Visas and accounts payable subledgers.
- Continuation and upkeep of all financial correspondence.
- Responsible for all financial administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other team members (e.g., payroll, HR, or other teams)

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Clear Criminal Record check and Ministry of Child and Family Development Prior Contact Check required before commencement of employment.
- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license without restrictions.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field; a combination of training and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of two years of experience in finance and administration.
- Two years of experience with computerized accounting programs; experience with Xyntax and Microsoft is an asset.
- Applied knowledge of financial and accounting legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of nłeʔkepmx and syilx language and culture, or willingness to learn.

Pay: $30.59-$35.54 per hour
