**Once here, you'll**:
**Claims Processing Support**: Assist with intake, verification, and entry of new claims into the claims management system.
**Document Management**: Organize, file, and maintain electronic claim documentation; ensure all documents are accurately stored and accessible in electronic claims management system.
**Customer Communication**: Coordinate with policyholders, adjusters, and external vendors to collect necessary information for claims processing.
**Data Entry & Accuracy**: Ensure accurate data entry for claims-related information, verify data integrity, and make updates as necessary.
**Daily Cheque Management**: Provide support to Finance Team on daily claim cheque issuance and ensure distribution of cheques as requested
**Administrative Support**: Assist claims representatives with ad-hoc requests, provide reports as needed, and support overall department organization
Participate in special projects determined by leaders
