**Who We Are**: At G. D'Angelo Printing Co. Ltd., we're an established print/large format facility providing quality print and related products for over 50 years. We have a loyal client base and are always looking to exceed customer expectations.

**Duties**:

- Greet customer and provide a professional introduction.
- Collect necessary information to create a print order or estimate.
- Using our estimating software to provide quotations.
- Create detailed work dockets for other departments to understand and follow.
- Organize and file work dockets after completion of order.
- Prepare invoices and packing slips.
- Deal with third party companies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.

**Customer Service Qualifications**:
A friendly, positive attitude with the commitment to deliver the best possible experience to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will have proficient computer, math and organizational skills. You will be a team player that has exceptional communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Create estimates utilizing our estimating software.
- Create detailed work dockets.
- Present to manager for approval.
- Submit quotation to customer, with followup thereafter.
- Prepare invoicing after completion of job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- **Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing estimating software with a strong math background.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as rulers, and tape measures.
