**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive on the lot, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including parking spaces and vehicle displays.
- Move vehicles as necessary to ensure optimal space utilization and accessibility.
- Assist with cash handling during transactions at the dealership, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Provide support to sales staff by preparing vehicles for customer demonstrations or test drives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest experience.
- Uphold dealership standards of service excellence in all interactions with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
