**Title: Investment Associate**

**Company Overview**: TPC Wealth is an independent investment management firm that provides portfolio management services to clients who work with our parent company TPC Financial Group, a financial planning firm. Our primary focus is serving healthcare & dental professionals through all stages of their careers and retirement with our investment management services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Portfolio Managers (PMs) research and analysis on potential investment opportunities across the equity markets.
- Support Portfolio Managers in the preparation of investment proposals and assist in the implementation of these proposals through trading support.
- Assist in the development and execution of investment strategies, including asset allocation and portfolio construction.
- Develop investment reports for client meetings/annual reviews.

**Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Can demonstrate an underlying interest in the equity market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).

**Preferred**:

- Prior financial industry work experience.
- Completion or registration in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- Registration in the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programs.

**Work Location**: This is a full-time, in-office position.

**Compensation**: The salary range is $60,000-$80,000/yr depending on experience and relevant certifications. Compensation is negotiable.
