Position Summary

As the Manager Optician at our high-end clinic in Montréal, you will play a pivotal role in leading our optical team and ensuring the delivery of top-tier eye care services and luxury eyewear to our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the optical department, including overseeing staff and resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect eyewear that suits their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations

for dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses.

  • Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring a diverse and up-to-date selection of luxury eyewear.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Train, mentor, and support optical staff to uphold high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Optician in the province of Quebec.
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the optical field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury eyewear brands and products.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with optical equipment and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Bilingual (French & English)
