We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. **Duties**
- Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food preparation and kitchen maintenance is a plus.
