We are currently looking to add a full-time permanent qualified full-time Warehouse Personnel Immediately, to our team. Someone who is equally passionate about serving the community and achieving operational success alongside our dedicated and loyal employees. Our Winnipeg location is home to a diverse workforce of dedicated employees Responsible for work assignments and Warehouse Management System processing on assignment shifts.

**Description**:
Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor or department Lead Hand, Warehouse B associates are responsible for handling inbound and outbound freight safely and accurately. Use of a variety of powered Material handling Equipment is required, as a use of and RF Gun.

**Responsibilities**:
The primary function of the Warehouse B Associate is to consistently promote the CCLS Mission, Values and Goals while assuming the following job responsibilities:

- Maintaining quality and accuracy while receiving inbound stock items, and noting any deficiencies
- Accurate order picking
- Complete required documentation neatly and accurately
- Attention and adherence to safety, security, ethics and housekeeping practices.
- Safe and skilled operation of material handling equipment including a sit-down counter balance forklift and a stand-up deep reach truck
- Performing maintenance checks of material handling equipment
- Housekeeping and other general warehouse duties.

**Core Competencies and Qualification**:

- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Previous experience with a forklift or reach truck an asset
- TDG and WHMIS training
- Previous experience with RF technology
- Communication skills, including oral and written
