**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in RVs, including engines, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on RVs using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their RV's condition and necessary repairs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RV technology to enhance skills and service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive or RV repair preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
- A valid driver's license
