**Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.**

The **MagiQuest Attendant** supports and maintains daily operations of the MagiQuest gift shop and game.

**Duties**
- Willingness to accept the most effective role.
- Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures.
- Maintains the daily operation of the MagiQuest game within the guidelines of the Retail Services operating procedures.
- Maintains a positive work environment for self and other Pack Members
- Remain productively active with other responsibilities when your station is not busy.
- Assist in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and pricing.
- Provide guests with education of MagiQuest game play and wand operation.
- Ensures MagiQuest area achieves the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Sweep, dust, clean, organize merchandise. Always closing the operation with an opening mentality.
- Assists in all cash handling functions including POS system, registers, and daily reporting.

**Qualifications**
- Must be sales assertive and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Enthusiasm and a high energy level required to create a fun exciting atmosphere.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with mínimal direction.
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands.

**Physical Requirements**
- Able to lift up to 30lbs and able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
