**SUMMARY OF THE POSITION**

The TFT ALCO GROUP team is currently looking for **DZ Drivers**. Drivers will be based at the Toronto division and will be responsible for driving vehicles to provide transportation services. No handling required (driving only).

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Workplace: On the Road
- Salary: 20.00$ - 22.00$ (1.00$/hr if delivery meets conditions - Performance Bonus) (1$/hour if work during night)
- Type of position: Full-time - Permanent
- Schedule: Day (schedule and hours depend on client's needs so schedule may fluctuate)
- Autonomous work environment, in remote contact with the team
- Continued Training available

**WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO**
- Perform an inspection of the vehicle at the beginning of the shift
- Driving all types of vehicles to the requested location
- Maintain the necessary communication with dispatchers to ensure that operations are running smoothly
- Make sure the equipment is operated safely
- Respect delivery terms and times
- Perform all other tasks required by the dispatcher (immediate superior)

**REQUESTED SKILLS AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**
- Hold a valid driver's licence - DZ
- Have an excellent driving record
- Be skilled at driving manual and automatic vehicles
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a DZ driver
- Be 25 years of age and older inclusively (if under 25years of age, must have a diploma from a Road Transport Training Center)
- Have a good knowledge of driving safety rules
- How to anticipate traffic problems in the city
- Managing your driving stress well
- Good command of English
- Ability to work alone
- Being punctual and able to meet specific deadlines
- Be committed to complying with company policies and regulations
- Have a big concern for customer service
