**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Oversee supply chain management, including inventory control and materials requirement planning (MRP).
- Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to fabricate and assemble components as needed for production.
- Utilize SAP systems for effective tracking of production metrics and inventory management.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment performance and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal operation.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a plant management or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, MRP systems, and quality control processes.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving operational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data-driven decision-making processes.
- Must have machining background.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
