**We want you to join our team at the SUDBURY location as a Plant Operator**
The Plant Operator is responsible for operating the Towmotor in a fast-paced environment. Attention to safe work practices and quality control while maintaining a sanitary environment are of the utmost importance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct start-up and shut-down procedures on the bottling line.
- Transportation of product in the warehouse
- Inspect bottles for foreign materials and odors
- Operate all bottling equipment as per instruction and health and safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot for possible jams or malfunctions in the bottling equipment
- Clean and sanitize bottling area and equipment
- Complete operational inspections and housekeeping tasks in designated sections of the plant.
- Strictly follow the SQF policies and procedures regarding safe food handling, cleanliness and any other procedure that is required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**What we're looking for**:
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Towmotor experience required
- Production experience is an asset
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Strong organizational skills required to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
