**Advance Paper Box Ltd **is looking for a **full-time Tag machine Operator **to join ourteam,, who will be responsible for ensuring proper machine runs, quality standards are maintained and production deadlines are managed as scheduled.

**Advance Paper Box** is a fully integrated folding carton manufacturing facility including design, die making, printing, die cutting and gluing. Our customers range from food and pharmaceutical manufacturers to computer software and automotive supply companies. **Shift: Monday
- Friday - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.**

**Salary: $15/hr**

**Location: 105 Panet Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2J 0S1**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the orders ready for pickup, by maintaining inventory at all times.
- Make-ready, adjust, and run job as efficiently as possible to meet safety and productivity standards on Tag Machine.
- Examine job order to determine quantity to be run, job specifications, and special instructions.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and effective production times.
- Ensure Company Safety, Quality, and Production standards are met.
- Perform proper and required maintenance as well as cleaning of Tag Machine.
- Must ensure proper management of inventory and waste.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years’ experience working in manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience working as machine operator is an asset.
- Prior experience in similar position is an asset.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions in English.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

**PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES**:

- Ability to lift, bend, push and pull in performing the functions
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods of time
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
- Must regularly move palletized board using a pallet jack.
