**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Provide training and development for new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet store goals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and sales management to optimize profitability.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee training & development.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS systems, and retail operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cash handling, bookkeeping, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
