You are honest, hardworking and have a great personality. You will complete Henderson’s logistics team (Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, Lead Delivery Driver, and you) but you will be working closely with production, sales, & events and taproom as required.

This is a physical job. You are comfortable moving 30L and 58L kegs (80lbs and 160lbs) including carrying up and down stairs at licensee accounts. Steel toe shoes are required, an annual allowance is provided for boots and work clothing.

You will be on the road delivering beer 3-4 days per week so it is important that you are confident behind the wheel and have a clean driver’s abstract. A ‘G’ license is required and you will either have experience driving a 5-ton box truck or you are willing to learn. You will start by riding with the Lead Driver and will graduate to completing deliveries on your own.

On days you are not driving you will be working in the warehouse receiving/shipping goods, stocking the walk-in cooler, or assisting production staff.

**THE DUTIES**:
1) Deliver kegs & cases of beer to Licensees (bars & restaurants), LCBOs and Beer Stores across the GTA.

2) Assist the Logistics Coordinator and Warehouse Manager by picking orders, receiving deliveries & preparing shipments and other general warehousing & housekeeping.

Your duties will include:

- Operate and drive vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver beer
- Operate Forklift and lift truck
- Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicles & ensure that vehicle load is properly secured
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles
- Review daily routes, pick lists and invoices to ensure correct loading of vehicles
- Operate vehicles safely in accordance with all traffic laws
- Record information on pick-ups and deliveries, vehicle mileage and fuel
- Pick orders, assist in loading and unloading of vehicles
- Load and unload products in a safe manner, using provided tools
- Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service and repair status, following

applicable provincial and federal regulations.
- Complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift. May include, but not

limited to, daily logs, inspection logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspection, hours
of service, etc.
- Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers both

verbally and in written form
- Provide feedback to supervision regarding customer problems, mechanical

problems, or delivery problems
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

How to Apply:
Must have a valid Ontario License and be ticket/ accident free for 16 months.

Must be fully vaccinated.

Previous delivery experience, especially delivering alcohol in Toronto is an asset.

Forklift / lift truck certification is an asset.

PAY is $40,000 per year salaried and includes:

- Up to 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday approximately 9:30am - 6pm
- 10 days paid vacation, 5 paid sick days and opportunity for time in lieu
- Enrollment in company Benefits and Group Pension plans after 6 months
- 24 cans per month beer allowance
