**Company Mission**:

- Muskoka Woods is a Christian youth development organization that welcomes everyone to an experience for a lifetime. Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau, we specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. We exist to inspire youth to shape their world.
- The Support team makes up a variety of different positions that keep camp running smoothly. Whether it's supporting our ministry for guests and staff, providing excellent customer service and more, the Support team puts in the work behind the scenes.
- The Health Care Centre Administrator is a part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals consisting of the Healthcare Centre Manager, Director, a physician, and two registered nurses. Under the supervision and guidance of the HCC Manager and Director, the Administrator is in charge of managing our information database and keeping the HCC clinic running smoothly. They process patients, print charts, input information, order medications, and support the team where needed to ensure everything stays organized and efficient.
- Staff are required to attend all meetings as outlined during staff training including Cadence and Small Group.

**Skills and Attributes Required**:

- Muskoka Woods is looking for staff whose personal values match the MW Core Values which includes having a passion for working with children and youth.
- Applicants must have a customer service mindset, an interest in the healthcare industry, strong attention to detail, and skills in administration and organization. Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset. Previous camp experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

**Salary Range**:

- $150 - $180 per week plus room and board

- June 19 - September 4, 2026

**Essential Functions Required**:

- Be able to help guests and staff in emergencies
- Have the strength and endurance required to maintain constant supervision of guests and/or staff
- Work efficiently for 7-9 hours at a time
- Participate in work projects that involve lifting and carrying 10-30 lbs
- Have the ability to travel around camp with guests
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests

**Additional Notes**:

- All staff are required to uphold the Muskoka Woods Vision and Mission, Core Values and Aspirations, as well as all policies and procedures as outlined during our Staff Development Week held at the beginning of your contract.
- All Counsellors stay in a cabin with our guests. All other staff stay in shared staff accommodation.
- All Staff are required to live on property in Rosseau, Ontario for the duration of their contract.
