**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, managing transactions, and maintaining a well-organized front end area.
**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls and addressing their needs.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front end area, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Experience in sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to engage customers effectively and provide excellent service at all times.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
