**What you will accomplish with us**

As a contract management specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:

- Analyze and process new agent contract requests, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information.
- Analyze, evaluate, and process transfer and financial compensation assessment requests, according to established business rules and scales.
- Recommend the approval of contracts and license sponsorship requests to the manager, according to the specific requirements of each province.
- Enter, update, and track contract and license information in the designated administrative system.
- Work closely with team members to achieve common goals, while taking advantage of professional development opportunities (mentoring, participation in special projects, etc.).

**What could accelerate your success in this position**

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a university degree in administration or a related field. A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent will also be considered.
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or administrative role.
- Is recognized for their excellent ability to analyze and structure information.
- Stands out for their curiosity and constant desire to learn.
- Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy and has an excellent ability to adapt and solve problems.
- Stands out for their proactivity and ability to work efficiently.
- Fluent in French and English at an advanced level, as they will be required to interact daily with colleagues and internal clients across Canada.
