Aquazen Services is a plumbing and mechanical company that services the condominum and commercial industry. Specializing in piping retrofits and drain cleaning maintenace for large buildings and our newest division of smart plumbing products and services. Aquazen is looking for a project manager to provide the following:

- Asses mechanical drawings and building sites to put together quotes and proposals.
- Perform takeoffs and labor costs for quoting projects.
- Manage projects such as start dates, mobilization, communication with field teams and customers.
- Keep track of tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot isses that arise on projects with customers and field teams.
- Report on field teams and employees when necessary.
- Perform site visits and gather information needed to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Assist with sales and customer service when needed.

R&D
- Learn and understand the companies new IOT technology.
- Assess building layouts and mechanical drawings to put together quotes and estimates for customers.
- Research competitors and other technologies and compile reports.
- Test devices and webapps for issues or innovations.
- Communicate with manufacturers and engineers when issues arise.
- Conduct site visits to ensure technology will work.
- Inspect and keep track of installed products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.84-$30.00 per hour
