We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Tire Technician**who will be checking the condition of tires for irregular wear, flats, air pressure, dismounting and mounting tires at our yard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, balance, rotate and repair tires at commercial customer location and road side location in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure shop and all equipment is maintained in a safe, neat and clean manner at all times.
- Conduct efficient Shipping/Receiving of all inventories that enters and leaves the shop.
- Interact and communicate with customers in a professional manner as needed
- Perform additional tasks around yard and shop as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous tire experience not required (will teach)
- Ability to carry, push, and pull items with weights up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in verbal/written English
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
