**Responsibilities**:

- Operate snow removal equipment to effectively clear roads, parking lots, and designated areas.
- Remove snow and ice from roadways, sidewalks, and entry/exit points to maintain safety.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as needed for optimal results.
- Conduct routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials utilized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience operating snow removal equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to operate heavy machinery in adverse weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

We offer a standby pay of $100.00 per week, along with a guaranteed 100 hours for the season at $30.00 per hour.
