Sales Representative for Adult Lifestyle Communities

**Overview**: Adult Lifestyle Communities is a dynamic and diverse website targeting the 55+ market, focusing on active and engaged individuals with a wide range of interests. Our audience, primarily from the baby boom generation, is crucial for attracting a broad base of advertising clients.
**Role**: Sales Representative
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Focus on:
a. ALC’s and Retirement Communities for Ad Revenue
**b. Identify and Target Potential Business Partners**: Focus on industries such as health & wellness, financial planning, Technology, Legal Advice, Lifestyle & Leisure
c. Revenue Opportunities with Ask The Expert.
**Develop and Maintain Client Relationships**: Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
**Present and Promote Offerings**: Highlight the benefits and unique features of our products and services to potential partners. Use our Media Kit.
**Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
**Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
**Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Ensure clients receive top-notch support and service.
**Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Work with our Marketing team to help create meaningful messages to our partners.
**Skills Required**:
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
Sales experience in the +55 market an assett
**Proven Sales Experience**: Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
**Negotiation Skills**: Proficiency in negotiating deals and closing sales.
**Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets.
**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.
**Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
**Empathy and Patience**: Understanding the unique needs and concerns of the 55+ market.
