$22-$27 / hour

Shifts Available: Day Shift Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4:00pm

Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance** **and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. This position will report to the **General Foreman**.

What you will do:
**Shipping**:

- Determines the least expensive and quickest method of shipment, arranges delivery, and prepares shipping documents
- Prepares goods to be shipped
- Directs delivery trucks to shipping doors or designated marshalling areas, and helps load and unload goods safely
- Retrieves stored items and traces lost shipments as needed
- Operates forklifts, hand trucks or other materials-handling equipment
- Calls customers or company driver to co-ordinate pick-up and delivery

**Receiving**:

- Inspects and counts items received, checks them against invoices or other documents, record shortages and fills out forms for damaged and returned damaged goods and routes them correctly
- Unpacks and stores goods in the appropriate storage areas
- Keeps accurate records of items received and where they are stored
- Contacts vendors to resolve problems or contacts service depots to arrange for repair

Your qualifications:

- A minimum of one year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Crane & Rigging experience or certification an asset
- Current Forklift license

- Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent safety record
