**Position Summary**

The Site Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the day-to-day operations. *This position ensures that all daily tasks and duties at the site are completed every day, including deliveries. They are responsible for ensuring that the site is operating in congruence with all other sites and following the desired direction of Koch Fuel Products. The site manager is responsible for constant communication with head office and other sites to ensure the company is efficiently moving in the same direction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Site Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Manage and maintain accountability for all maintenance reports and scheduling for your site
- Cultivate strong relationships with staff and customers
- Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
- Oversee daily inventory reconciliation is balanced according to Koch Fuel Products Standards and PTMAA standards
- Manage receivables at your location to ensure customer accounts are current
- Required to make weekly sales calls and documented in our daily sales reports
- Meet with staff on a regular basis for safety, accountability, basic business practices and alignment with the direction and vision of Koch Fuel Products
- Work with Sales manager and work with the sales team to bring in new customers and support existing business
- Work with Fleet Manager on site deliveries, vehicle maintenance and other vehicle movements
- Send all needed and necessary reports and administrative paperwork to the Controller, and administrative personnel in a timely manner to ensure their work can be done
- Must be willing and able to do all tasks around the office including inventory, administrative duties, outdoor and indoor maintenance, and cleaning
- Any other tasks or jobs that may be required to ensure a site is fulfilling all duties

**Minimum Requirements**
- High School Diploma
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Accountable and dependable
- Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Class 3 or Class 1 License preferred

Wage will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

*Start date is scheduled for January 2025, potentially at the end of 2024.
