**Position Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst**
Job description:
- Communicate confidently with various types of partners globally: customers, developers, QA, vendors, management.
**Skills**:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow products. Understanding of the ServiceNow Platform out-of-box functionality.
- Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, ITOM, SACM, Procurement OOB functionality
Certificates**:PBA: Business Analyst Certification**
Languages**:ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, ITOM, SACM**
**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- ServiceNow: 2 years (preferred)
- SecOps: 1 year (preferred)
- Enterprise IT Operation Management: 2 years (preferred)
- SACM: 1 year (preferred)
- ITSM: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Business analyst Certification (preferred)
