**Service Team Member - Part-time openings**

As a Service Team Member, you will play a key role in achieving our goal of providing memorable experiences to each of our guests with the support of your fellow Team Members. We are an ambitious business and are seeking like-minded, driven people who are looking to join our Team at our **Westdale location**.

We are currently in search of a strong, independent individual with great time management, attention to detail and problem solving skills to take up a role as an **opener**.The position will start in, but **may** **not be limited to that specific role**, so please keep in mind that **flexibility in your availability is highly valued**

**What our Service Team Members are responsible for**:

- Providing top-notch, personalized customer service to each of our guests
- Taking guest orders and processing cash/card payments
- Escorting guests to their seats and delivering food orders
- Assisting in prepping, cooking, and presentation of food orders
- Assisting in cleaning of tables, dining area, and kitchen
- Proactively seeking opportunities to create memorable moments for guests

**What our openers are additionally responsible for**:

- Ensuring soups are heated up to appropriate temperatures
- Ensuring soups taste up to our standard
- Opening lines (soup/salad/sandwich)
- Tasks to be done before the start of service, outlined on the prep board (ie. prepping sandwiches, peeling/cutting/bagging carrots, etc.)
- Receiving and properly storing product on delivery days (note: you will at times have to lift slightly heavy objects)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
