**Responsibilities**
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on delivering an exceptional client experience that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual, ensuring satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with content writers, editors, videographers, and visual designers, offering detailed briefs and constructive feedback to align with client goals.
- Conduct ongoing performance analyses to measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights and making adjustments as necessary.
- Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure we are ahead of the curve.
**Required Experience & Skills**
- Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and key performance indicators
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking
