Front of House

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Servers and/or Cashiers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. **Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Provide information about products, promotions, and special offers
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a serving, cashier or guest service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
