**About The Role**
Join a team where craftsmanship meets innovation We’re looking for skilled builders to specialize in Self-Framing, Foam Panel, and Rigid Frame Structures. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for quality work, a knack for problem-solving, and the drive to create lasting structures.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Be a contributing member of an agile erection team to assemble and install buildings according to project specifications, blueprints, and company standards
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members, including supervisors, subcontractors, and other tradespeople, to meet deadlines
- Safely transport, handle, and install materials including metal panels, framing components, insulation, doors, roll-up doors, and other custom components
- Address on-site challenges, including adjustments for weather, design modifications, or unexpected obstacles, with proactive solutions
- Interact professionally with clients on-site to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Suggest and implement ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
- Occasional weekend shifts and travel work opportunities

**What You’ll Bring Along**
- Experience: Metal building or carpentry experience would be preferred
- Skills: Strong understanding of fabrication processes, including metal forming, cutting, and bending. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and CAD designs is essential
- Mechanical Aptitude: Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience with fabrication equipment
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and high-quality work
- Work Ethic: Individual contributor who can be relied upon by their team members
- Growth mindset, passion for learning new things, likes to be challenged
- Ability to adapt to different project scopes
- This is a physically demanding role where attention to detail matters

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
